PVC Block Manufacturing — Built to Your Drawing, Not Off the Shelf
PVC blocks are durable, chemical-resistant, and lightweight, making them well-suited for machining, fabrication, structural parts, and industrial components exposed to moisture or corrosive environments.
At Flexiparts, we don’t sell PVC blocks from a fixed catalog. Every block is machined or molded to your drawing, specification, or sample — from a single prototype to full production runs — with the shape, tolerance, and surface finish your application requires.
PVC Grades for Custom Blocks
| Grade | Key Properties | Best For |
| Rigid PVC (PVC-U) | High strength, excellent chemical resistance, good machinability | General industrial blocks, tank/equipment linings, structural supports |
| CPVC | Higher temperature and chemical resistance than standard PVC | Hot process fluid handling, high-temp chemical environments |
Need a block in a specific shape, such as a V-block or interlocking profile? See our Custom V-Blocks page, or send us your drawing for any custom geometry.
Custom Capabilities for PVC Blocks
We machine and mold PVC blocks to match your exact requirements — not a catalog of fixed sizes.
- Size Range: From small precision blocks to large-format blocks, scaled to your drawing rather than a fixed size chart
- Tolerance: Precision machining to tight tolerances for dimensionally critical applications
- Shape: Standard rectangular blocks, V-blocks, interlocking profiles, and non-standard/irregular geometries from CAD files
- Surface Finish: Machined finish as standard, with additional surface treatment available depending on the application
- Color: Natural grey/white, or custom color on request
- Process: CNC machining for low-to-mid volume and complex geometries; injection molding for higher-volume production runs
- Order Flexibility: Single-piece prototypes and T1 samples available before you commit to mass production
Custom PVC Blocks Applications
PVC blocks we’ve produced are used across a range of industrial applications, including:
- Chemical Processing Equipment — tank linings, fittings, and structural components resistant to acids and corrosive fluids
- Water Treatment & Fluid Handling — blocks for valve bodies, spacers, and equipment exposed to constant moisture
- Electrical & Insulation Components — PVC’s low conductivity makes it suitable for insulating spacers and mounting blocks
- Structural & Mounting Supports — custom-dimensioned blocks for equipment bases and structural applications where corrosion resistance matters
- Machining & Fabrication Stock — blocks supplied for further in-house machining by fabrication shops
FAQ About PVC Blocks
1. Can you machine a custom PVC block from just my drawing, with no minimum order?
Yes. We accept single-piece prototypes and T1 samples for design verification before moving to production quantities.
2. What’s the difference between rigid PVC and CPVC for my application?
Rigid PVC (PVC-U) offers good general-purpose strength and chemical resistance at a lower cost. If your application involves higher operating temperatures or more aggressive chemicals, CPVC is typically the better choice. Send us your application requirements and we’ll recommend the right grade.
3. Can you produce V-blocks or other non-standard shapes in PVC?
Yes — beyond standard rectangular blocks, we machine V-blocks, interlocking profiles, and complex custom geometries from your CAD files or 2D drawings.
4. What tolerances can you hold on PVC blocks?
Depending on part geometry and process, we can hold tolerances down to ±0.02mm on CNC-machined PVC blocks.
How To Work with Us
