Polyethylene blocks are lightweight, impact-resistant, and low-friction — ideal for sliding parts, wear components, and chemical-resistant applications. At Flexiparts, we don’t sell standard-size PE blocks from stock. Every block is machined or molded to your drawing, specification, or sample — from a single prototype to full production volumes.
Whether you need HDPE, UHMW, or LDPE, our engineers help you select the right grade and process (CNC machining or injection molding) based on your load, wear, friction, and environmental requirements, then deliver parts to your exact dimensions and tolerances.
Custom Capabilities for PE Blocks
We machine and mold PE blocks to match your exact requirements — not a catalog of fixed sizes.
- Size Range: From small precision components (10mm × 10mm) to large-format blocks up to 2000mm × 1000mm × 200mm (custom sizes up to 4000mm available upon request), machined or molded to your drawing
- Tolerance: Precision machining down to ±0.02mm for dimensionally critical applications
- Shape: Standard rectangular blocks, custom profiles, and non-standard/irregular geometries directly from your CAD files
- Surface Finish: As-machined, smooth/polished, textured, or custom deburred
- Color: Natural (white/milky), black, or custom color matching (RGB/RAL/Pantone) on request
- Process: 3/4/5-axis CNC machining for low-to-mid volume and complex geometries; compression or injection molding for higher-volume production runs
- Order Flexibility: Single-piece prototypes and T1 samples available before you commit to mass production
