Manufacturing Processes fo
Custom Rubber Parts

Flexiparts uses proven rubber manufacturing processes combined with controlled vulcanization to ensure strength, elasticity, and long-term durability.

Injection Molding

We use it to make large quantities of parts with consistent quality and smooth surfaces.

Compression Molding

Ideal for durable rubber parts with simple to medium complexity

Insert Molding

We embed metal or other elements directly into rubber parts to create stronger assemblies.

Rubber Overmolding

We combine different materials in one part to add grip, flexibility, or protective features.

Extrusion Molding

We produce long custom profiles with uniform shapes for structural or functional parts.

Quality Control for Custom
Rubber Components

We take quality seriously. Every custom rubber part we produce goes through strict quality control to ensure it meets your specifications and performs reliably. Here’s how we do it:
Incoming Material Inspection
We check each batch of rubber compounds for hardness, consistency, and physical properties, and verify material certificates before production.
Every mold is measured with precision gauges and 3D scanning to confirm dimensions and surface finish. We also run trial shots to check for flash, shrinkage, or warping before full production.
During and after production, we use calipers, micrometers, and CMM to inspect critical features and ensure each part meets tight tolerances.
We ensure parts perform reliably by checking sealing under pressure, measuring elasticity, and testing compression.

Before shipping, each part is visually and dimensionally checked, and we verify assemblies, colors, and finishes, ensuring every part leaving our facility is ready for your use.
