Can you make a rubber part exactly to my design or drawing?
Yes. We produce fully custom parts according to your drawings or 3D models, including complex geometries, thin walls (down to 0.5 mm), and precision features with tolerances of ±0.05 mm.
Can I choose the hardness I need for each part?
Absolutely. We provide custom Shore A hardness from 15A to 95A, so each part can be optimized for flexibility, sealing, or load-bearing requirements.
Will the part perform under my operating temperatures?
It depending on the material, the normal rubbers operating temperature is -40°C to 150°C, if you your used in demanding applications, please get in touch with us for special compound.
