Special Rubber Hole Grommets for Wire Protection
A rubber hole grommet is a ring-shaped fitting with a through-hole running the full length of its body, allowing wires, cables, or tubing to pass cleanly through a panel opening. Unlike a closed grommet that simply plugs a hole, the hole grommet is designed for pass-through applications — it seats firmly in the panel cutout and protects whatever runs through it from sharp metal edges, vibration, and moisture ingress.
Unlike standard grommets sold off-the-shelf, every hole grommet we make is built to your drawing or sample. We do not stock catalog sizes — inner bore, outer diameter, groove width, flange thickness, and shore hardness are all specified by you to match your panel thickness and cable bundle dimensions exactly.

Where Rubber Hole Grommets Are Used
Hole grommets are specified wherever a wire harness, cable, or fluid line must pass through a metal or plastic panel. Each application carries its own panel thickness, cutout size, and environmental requirements — which is exactly why custom manufacturing matters here.
