1. Can you actually make the exact shape I need, or just standard plain circles?
Absolutely. While “round grommet” is the general term, my team and I rarely just make plain circles. If you need blind holes (to seal unused cable holes), multi-hole designs, flanged edges to protect panels, or snap-in locking teeth for tool-free installation, we can mold it. Just send me your 2D/3D drawings, or even a rough sketch, and I’ll tell you exactly how we can manufacture it.
2. Can you match a specific Pantone color or make them transparent?
Definitely. For plastic injection and custom silicone molding, I can custom-match almost any Pantone color you need to fit your product’s branding. If you need transparent or semi-transparent grommets for aesthetic or light-guiding purposes, I can source the right optical-grade materials. Just let me know your visual requirements.
3. How do you protect my intellectual property (IP) and design?
I take your IP very seriously. Before you send over any sensitive drawings or specifications, I am more than happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). Your files are kept on a secure, restricted server, and only my core engineering team has access to them. Your design is safe with me.
