Yes. We work from your 2D/3D drawings, sample parts, or even worn originals. Our tooling team builds molds to your exact specifications, and T1 samples are provided for dimensional verification before production begins.
2. Which material is best for engine bay applications?
NBR is the standard choice where oil and fuel exposure is the primary concern. For high-heat zones close to the exhaust or turbo, silicone handles up to 200°C. FKM (Viton) is recommended for transmission and fuel injection environments with combined heat and chemical exposure.
3. Do your grommets meet automotive flame-retardant standards?
Yes. We supply UL94 V-0 and FMVSS 302 compliant compounds for wiring harness and interior applications where flame-retardant certification is required. Other certifications can be discussed based on your project needs.
4. What is your minimum order quantity?
We support prototype quantities for mold validation with no fixed MOQ on samples. Production MOQ depends on part complexity and mold type. Contact us with your drawings for a specific quote.
