Yes. We manufacture molds in-house, which means we can cast prototype quantities — sometimes as few as 10–20 pieces — before committing to full tooling for high-volume production. This lets you validate fitment and compound performance before scaling.
2. What’s the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on part complexity and whether existing tooling applies. For custom geometries requiring new molds, typical MOQ starts at 100–500 pieces. For standard configurations, lower quantities are negotiable. Contact us with your drawing and we’ll confirm.
3. How do I choose between polyurethane and rubber for my application?
If the priority is ride comfort and OE-spec NVH compliance, rubber is usually the right call. If the bushing is failing prematurely due to oil exposure, chemical contact, or high suspension loads — or if you need a tunable hardness for performance applications — polyurethane will outlast rubber significantly. We can advise based on your vehicle application and service environment if you’re not sure.
